INNI Zone provides a

Refunds and exchanges may only be made and authorized within 30 days of receiving the product. If there are defects with the products, you can return them back to us for requiring repair, exchange or refund. Please do not purchase if you are not absolutely 100% sure you want and need the product.

Before doing an original factory reset and returning the cellphone back to us, please make sure to remove your Google account from your device. If you do not remove the Google account, it will let us can’t access the device because the cellphone will be locked to your Google email address. Therefore, we have the right to refuse any returned item with a Google account that is shipped back to us or we will charge a fee from you because we pay extra charge to remove the google account through a professional third party.
